Tony Aspler’s Weekly Wine Pick: a superbly priced Cava

Spanish sparkling wine made by the champagne method is called Cava. The wine has a yeasty, nutty nose; it’s medium-bodied and bone dry on the palate with a lemony, chalky finish. Great value.
