Over the past few years, health-care professionals, led by Ontario doctors, have made constant sacrifices and put their lives on hold for all of us. And as we start to get back to normal and, fingers crossed, enjoy our beloved city, they will be catching up on the gigantic workload that has been put on hold as we’ve struggled throughout the pandemic.

If the last two years have taught us anything, it’s that every Toronto doctor is deserving of our thanks and recognition. Post City is grateful to those physicians who graciously nominated their peers for this special edition story.

While we’ve dedicated this story to the city’s top doctors, we realize that nurses of the backbone of the Canadian medical system. In recognition of Toronto’s incredibly dedicated nurses, we’ve made a donation to the Victorian Order of Nurses and The Frontline Fund.
