A star-studded night at the sixth annual Walrus Foundation Gala featured many leading lights in the lit world as the sold-out event celebrated The Literary Life.

Featuring Kalpna Patel's tabletop book sculptures, a silent auction with a literary theme, Walrus Ws on every dessert and a black and white dress code, this year's gala raised over $400,000 for the foundation in support of Canadian writers, readers and artists.
