Politicians, philanthropists, actors and other luminaries helped celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Scotiabank Giller Prize at a glamorous gala at the Ritz-Carlton. Lynn Coady was this year's winner. The award is named in honour of the late literary journalist Doris Giller and was founded in 1994 by her husband, Toronto businessman Jack Rabinovitch.
