With the summer winding down and thermometers in decline, it’s easy to slip into the usual malaise of takeout and prime-time fall programming. Why not take a break from your favourite show and trek on down to Mountain Equipment Co-op to meet Dave Bouskill and Debra Corbeil.
Dubbed "Canada’s Adventure Couple," the duo will be presenting photos from their latest trip to Everest Base Camp and past journeys including their five months spent in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
They’ll also be discussing how they keep in touch on the road, what they pack, how they have managed to travel for extended periods and how they have fulfilled their dreams of becoming full time adventurers.

Wine and Dine
If it’s your palate that’s adventurous, wine aficionados are invited to the launch of two new Bosc Family wines. The free tasting will begin at 6:45 p.m. sharp at Safari Bar and Grill. Simultaneous tastings are scheduled to take place in Niagara, Hamilton and Ottawa locations.
