Something men ought to know about: these pocket squares by Toronto brand Pochetti

Looking good is easy. Just ask any old Bay St. exec who's happily splurged for an image consultant — you know, the kind of folks who, for a (typically) digestible fee, will help you not look like a tool who doesn't know how to dress himself.

Looking stylish, though, is tougher, and for better or worse, it's an art form that takes time to pick up. Where to start? Easy: the details, or those perfect accessories that'll elevate your outfit to the next level. Things like a vintage Cartier, a golden tie bar, or, if you're a blazer guy, a pocket square fit for a god.

Pochetti is a Toronto-based company that specializes in making these glorious little pieces of cloth, and for being just a few months old, their selection isn't half bad, particularly if you like classic patterns such as paisleys and checks (I'm partial to the yellow pin-dotted one you're looking at, since it'll basically go with any colour of sport coat, or any type of suit for that matter).

The company will soon be offering "squarescriptions," which will allow customers to sign up to receive a pocket square every month. Oh, and if you have no clue how to fold a pocket square, Pochetti's website features a helpful how-to section for five different types of folds.
