Many of the city’s historic buildings are situated on Rosedale’s Drumsnab Rd., including the famous Francis Cayley home, built in 1834.

Home to Summerhill Market and within walking distance of the “Five Thieves” and Pastis bistro, this street is a clear choice for foodies.
Annesley Avenue
Tucked away from North Toronto’s major thoroughfares, Annesley Ave. allows residents to enjoy life in a rare quiet enclave.

$416,000 Last April, a one-bedroom bungalow on Soudan Ave. was snapped up for $13,000 under asking.
Biggest price increase
+600K After only six days on the market, a Chestnut Park home went for $610,000 over asking.
