Estrella Taqueria is a casual restaurant located in North York. It leans more toward bar than eatery, with a straightforward menu consisting of appetizers, tacos and nachos. The duck confit taco is delicious, petite and easy to inhale in one bite! Despite being just over 200 calories a pop (not bad), it has close to 14 grams of fat, most of which is saturated (that is bad!), with the fat coming from the fatty duck and cheese. Better off choosing a lower fat option like the Acapulco ceviche.

A delicious wrap with duck that’s more nutritious and satisfying. It comes wrapped in rice paper, which is low in calories.
