Rosa Marinuzzi, known to everyone as Mama Rosa, has been presiding over her Italian restaurant since back in 2001. The Eglinton West eatery is known for its homey fare that tastes like it came straight from the boot.
Ducks are procured from a local farmer, King Cole Ducks, and are transformed into this tasty dish with but a few key ingredients. Why sexy? The legs have been cooking for much of the day — four hours, at least, ensuring the meat doesn’t dry out, as duck is wont to do.
“So when you cook, it’s sexy!” Mama laughs.
