We asked chef Anthony Rose — of Rose and Sons, Big Crow and the highly anticipated Mediterranean joint Fat Pasha — to share his take on the classic BLT with us. His version puts the focus on liver and amps up the meat factor further with tongue, making for a carnivore’s dream of a sandwich.
