The smallest house in Toronto keeps getting big attention around the world, especially now that it’s back on the market.
The 300 square foot residence, near Dufferin Street and St. Clair Avenue, was built on a laneway between two larger homes back in 1912.
Although only seven feet wide, the inside features one bedroom (with a fold away wall bed), one bathroom, living room, four-piece kitchenette and a back patio.

Real estate salesperson Antonio Nardi told PostCity.com that he’s had more than 30 showings and an offer on the property, which is listed for $179,000.
Owner David Bois bought the house four years ago for $139,900.
After fully renovating the property, Bois put back on the market in 2007. When it didn’t sell, he rented it out but now that the tenant is gone he’s looking to get rid of it again.
