The top 7 real estate and local politics stories of 2015

For many, a house is not just a home but also a singularly important investment. What we're able to sell it for and where chose to buy in the first place are intrinsically tied to how well local politicians manage the decisions that keep our city running. This close-knit relationship is why I chose to look at the most popular real estate and local politics posts of 2015 together in one article. I think the top seven give a clear view into the issues that mattered to our readers over the past twelve months.

Strictly speaking, the politics were federal, but judging by the numbers, you appreciated our local look at this year's election.

What do Torontonians care about most? I think the questions of where we live and how we'll get around are near the top of that list. This idea is backed up by the success for both the story where we wondered if stacked townhouses the new condo in Toronto and looked at the challenges that will come with the density that the Eglinton LRT is bringing to midtown.
