In celebration of the 199th birthday of Sir John A. Macdonald, a crowd gathered at Hart House’s Great Hall for an evening of revelry and remembrance. Many sported period costumes, and Ontario’s Lieutenant Governor unveiled a new Macdonald bust by Canadian sculptor Ruth Abernethy.

The event was organized by the Friends of Sir John A. Macdonald.
