Another named-village cru from Beaujolais. The wine is deep purple colour with a nose of black cherries and moist earth; medium-bodied, it has a richly extracted cherry flavour with lively acidity. A fruity Beaujolais that really makes a statement.

Food match: turkey or roast chestnut or chill it for salmon steaks.
