Ontario makes some tasty rosés, which are perfect for matching with food on these warm summer days. This rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes. It’s salmon-pink in colour with a minerally, raspberry bouquet enhanced by a floral note. On the palate, it’s dry with a red-berry flavour, medium-bodied, fresh and easy-drinking.
Food match: Chicken salad or cold salmon
$17.95, Vintages #85126
