Only the freshest goods are on offer at Richmond Hill's Crust Baking Co. and because only local, in-season ingredients are used, the menu changes nearly daily, with sweet and savoury concoctions alike crafted in small batches served for a few days at a time. Fruit and herb-infused buns, focaccias, and cupcakes along with Challah which is hand-baked every Friday is sure satisfy every kind of sweet tooth and flavour profile. Crust Baking Co. is closed on Mondays, but many of the other goodies, from pain au chocolat to sourdough bread, can be snagged in the mornings while they're still warm.
