“During the summer months, there is a boat launch at the end of the lake. The water is calm, clean and great for swimming. Enjoy sitting on the dock, your private beach, and fire pit during the evenings,” the listing states, adding that there is a lot of land for endless activities.

Non-motorized “toys” on the property include two kayaks, one canoe, and three paddle boards, with a BBQ, outdoor sitting space, and a dining area on the deck.

For those looking for more relaxed activities, the ad states that a registered massage therapist is available for bookings.

Privacy seems to be a major selling point — the property can be accessed from a private gated road, with plenty of parking, and an easy check-in/check-out process.

As one Twitter user pointed out, the Fords wont be out of house as they built a massive new cottage down the road.
